Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all 9 South African provinces. Some products may have delivery restrictions depending on the seller's location and courier coverage.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are shown on each product page and are provided by the seller. These are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, stock availability, or remote delivery areas.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Orders over a qualifying amount may receive free delivery, where indicated at checkout.
Order Tracking
You can view the status of your order at any time from My Orders. We'll update your order status as it moves from Pending to Confirmed, Shipped, and Delivered.
Delays or Issues
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and we'll follow up with the seller and courier on your behalf.
