The Ryze is an online marketplace that connects customers with verified South African small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Products listed on the site are supplied by these SMEs, and product descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided by the respective sellers.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors

Delivery

Delivery timeframes shown on product pages are estimates provided by the seller and are not guaranteed. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA), where applicable.

Wholesale & Quote Requests

Wholesale quote requests submitted through the site are not binding orders. A separate agreement will be arranged directly with the relevant SME before any wholesale order is confirmed.

Becoming a Seller

SMEs applying to sell on The Ryze must provide accurate business information. We reserve the right to approve or decline seller applications at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to verify the SMEs on our platform, we are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers, except as required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
